Activity Levels – Picking A Trip That’s Right For You
As we age, we all start to encounter physical limitations that affect our activity levels. This is something to consider before traveling so that we have the best possible experience.
Group travel vendors play a significant role by providing trip activity guidelines. These guidelines are invaluable in helping us select trips that are appropriate for our individual activity and mobility levels. If you have concerns about your mobility and/or health issues that may affect your ability to have the safest and most enjoyable travel experience possible, it’s a good idea to consult your health care provider before committing to a trip.
